Hurricane Ida was a deadly and extremely destructive hurricane in 2021. Not only was life disrupted for the living, but several of the small town’s cemeteries — and others across the region — were damaged by a massive tidal surge.
The NFDA Welcome Reception was held at Mardi Gras World. We could see how the parade entries have been made since 1932.
